Please read the shipping and delivery policy below to check the detailed shipping information, fees, terms and risks of your orders.

 

Shipping Fees
We provide free shipping and paid shipping based on the destinations of orders.
Free shipping is only available for orders with existing shipping routes, while paid shipping (40 USD shipping fee) is applicable to the orders with new shipping routes.
Other potential fees such as tariffs, customs, shipping insurance, remote area surcharge, fuel surcharge, should be paid by customers.

 

Estimated Shipping Time
Estimated shipping time varies depending on the distribution centers of orders. Orders with new shipping routes are dispatched from China warehouse, and takes longer shipping time.

Delivery with existing shipping routes arrives at most area of the world within 5-20 business days.

Delivery with new routes arrives in Asian & European countries and regions within 10-35 natural days.

Delivery with new routes arrives in African & South American countries and regions within 20-45 natural days.

 

Notes:
If local warehouses are out of stock, orders will be shipped out from China warehouse. Packages would take longer than usual to arrive. We are responsible for all taxes and duties.

Customs duties & taxes may arise in German and Netherlands.

Orders placed on Acekool online official store will be processed within 3 business days (except for pre-orders).

The estimated time listed above is our best estimate only, and Acekool is NOT liable for any loss or damage suffered by you due to any reasonable or inevitable delay in the delivery of your order.

Delivery times are calculated from when orders are dispatched from warehouses, not from when your order was created on websites.

Losses due to incomplete & incorrect address or fraudulent transition by you should be borne by yourself.

Orders have been shipped out cannot be cancelled generally. Customers shall hold responsible for the shipping fees and relevant additional fees if you want to cancel the orders have been dispatched.

Customers shall hold responsible for checking that the package is complete and undamaged when package a is delivered. You should check to ensure no damage on the package before you sign for the delivery. You are authorized to refuse the damaged package based on informing the delivery men your reason.
