Oreo Chocolate Pancakes via.@nataliemyskow

It's a Sunday vibe! Have the BEST day in the sunshine lovelies! Don't forget your suncream! 

 

Ingredients:

-1 cup self raising flour
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-1 cup soya milk (I use with no added sugars)
-2 tsp vanilla bean paste
-1 mashed banana
-2tsp maple syrup/if not using just add extra milk dependent on preference of consistency.
-1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
-1/4-1/2 cup crushed oreos

 

  • Whizz it all up and pour about 1 dessert spoon and a half onto a med/ low hot pan and cook until you start to see bubbles appear, flip and cook until light golden. Repeat with whole batch. 
* tip (you can freeze pancakes once cool and toast them for a quick brekkie or snack)
  • Top with more Oreos, choc, and maple syrup!

This is the perfect bowl to satisfy your sweet tooth while fuelling you for the day! Smoothies are such an easy way to get in lots of nutrients while still satisfying your cravings with good toppings!

 

 

Ingredients:

-1 banana,
-3/4 cup frozen berries
-1 scoop choc protein powder
-1-2 tsp cacao powder
-1/4 cup almond milk

 

  • Blend it all together in a high-speed blender (used my BH1 blender)
  • Topped with choc granola, plain yogurt, cacao and apricot seed topper, coconut chips, and choc hazelnut spread.

 

 

Blackberry Chocolate Muffins via.@rainbow_bowlss


The easiest muffin recipe that can be adapted for so many different flavors! All ingredients go together in the high-speed blender BH1.

 

Ingredients (makes 9):

-1.5 cups oats
-1.5 tbsp baking powder
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-pinch of salt
-1 egg (can use flax egg to make vegan)
-1/2 cup milk (I used almond milk)
-4 tbsp maple syrup
-3 tbsp peanut butter

 

  • Add all the above ingredients to the hand blender BH1 and pulse till creamy consistency forms. Fold in chocolate pieces and 3/4 cup blackberries
  • Place in lines muffin tray and Bake at 180℃ for 16 min and enjoy!

This inspired Bloody Mary cocktail, takes the concept of the original but goes left field with both flavors & methods of creation.

 

Ingredients:

-50ml  Barrel-aged, bacon fat washed, honey spiced rum.
-15ml Homemade (equal parts 5ml) Honey/ Horseradish/ Tabasco blend.
-20ml Homemade turmeric syrup.
-10ml a freshly squeezed lemon juice.
-175ml Tomato juice.
-2/1 cracks of Green peppercorns/ Smoked sea salt.
-1 Bar spoon Orange rind marmalade.

 

  • Whisk through & pour over ice.
  • Garnish with ground turmeric & smoked paprika rim.
