Strawberry Smoothie

 

Ingredients: 

  • Ripe, frozen strawberries - 1 cup
  • Strawberry/vanilla yogurt - ½ cup
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Milk - ½ cup
  • 2 whole strawberries for garnishing.

 

Instructions:

  • Remove the stem and leaves of strawberries and wash them thoroughly. Once done, put them down in a blender jar.  
  • Add the rest of the ingredients - milk, sugar, and yogurt - into the blender. You can use the Acekool hand blender for great results.
  • Blend it until it gets the texture of a smooth puree. 
  • Take a whole strawberry, split it into half through the center, and place it on the rim of the smoothie glass. Pour the smoothie and serve. 

 

Egg, Cheese, and Ham Muffins

 

Ingredients:

  • Eggs - 6
  • Baby corn - 4
  • Refined oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Basil - 4 tablespoon
  • Ham - 150 gms
  • Tomato - 2
  • Onion- 1
  • Parmesan cheese - ¾ cup
  • Buttermilk - 1 cup
  • Black pepper powder - as required
  • Salt - as required

 

Instructions:

  • First, grate the required amount of cheese in a bowl. Then, whisk eggs, ½ cup grated cheese, and buttermilk together until it gets the consistency of the batter.
  • Shred ham thinly and chop onions and tomatoes. Add this to the already prepared egg mixture that had been prepared already and mix it well. Season the mixture with black pepper powder and salt.
  • Heat the refined oil in a pan and saute baby corn until it turns slightly brown. Add this to the ham and egg mixture and blend well.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 1min.
  • Transfer this mixture into muffin molds and garnish it with some leftover grated cheese. Bake the muffins at 400 ℉ for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
  • Once done, take the muffins out, and let them cool.
  • Serve the muffins with some yummy dip.

     


    Cheese Potato Wedges

     

    Ingredients: 

    • Baking potatoes - 2 large
    • Minced garlic - 2 teaspoon
    • Olive oil - 2 tablespoon
    • Parmesan cheese - ⅓ cup 
    • Salt and pepper - As required


    Instructions:

    • First, peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges.
    • Preheat the Air Fryer Oven to 400 ℉ for 1 min. The updated heating techniques of the air fryer will help you bake potatoes with low-fat content, just like an oven. 
    • Whisk the oil and garlic in a different bowl and season it well with salt and pepper. 
    • Pour this onto the potatoes and toss them until mixed well. 
    • Transfer these potatoes to a baking sheet and bake them for 15 minutes. Flip it on the other side, sprinkle some cheese, and bake it again for 10-15 minutes. Serve it hot.

     

    French Toast Casserole 



    Ingredients: 

    • Vanilla brioche bread - 8 cups dried and cubed
    • Milk - ½ cup
    • Eggs - 5
    • Heavy cream - ½ cup
    • Brown sugar - ⅓ cup
    • Vanilla - 1 tablespoon 


    Topping:

    • Flour - 3 tablespoon
    • Brown sugar - 3 tablespoon
    • Cinnamon - ¼ tablespoon
    • Oats - ¼ cups
    • Butter - 3 tablespoon


    Instructions:

    • Cut brioche bread into cubes and place it in a warm oven for 8-10 minutes to dry them easily.
    • Whisk milk, eggs, vanilla, brown sugar, and cream in a bowl.
    • Pour this mixture over the bread pieces and gently toss to mix well. 
    • Transfer it to an 8x8" baking pan and keep it idle for at least 1 hour. 
    • Mix the topping ingredients and button until it becomes crumbly and cover the bread mixture with this ingredient. 
    • Preheat the Air Fryer to 350 ℉ for 1 min
    • Bake the mixture for 10 to 15 minutes.
    • Serve it hot with some maple syrup.
