Then add chopped broccoli florets to the boiling water, cover it and let it cook for another 15 minutes. Put the hot saucepan aside and allow it to cool down. Ingredients: 3-4 mashed bananas, 1 cup whole wheat flour, organic honey or maple syrup (instead of sugar), 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon salt, 6 tablespoons of melted butter, half cup yogurt, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and some chopped walnuts according to your preference.
